    YFU India will send qualified students to the following countries in the 2008-09 exchange year:

               • Finland
              • France
              • Germany
              • Japan
              • Norway
              • Sweden
              • Switzerland
              • U.S.A.

    Duration

    Outbound students from India may select between two different time durations for studying abroad through YFU: one year, or one semester.

      Duration Age Requirements
    One-year program
    10 - 11 months
    (August - June)
    16 – 18 years
    Semester Program
    5 - 6 months
    (August - January)
    16 – 18 years
